Well fuck me if I don’t love deload week - it’s nice to remind myself of good form and try new lifts. Attempted front squats for the first time and they were hawwwwsome. Major success.
And I didn’t have a luxurious amount of time to do this workout due to my own poor planning and so I was like EXCUSE ME ARE YOU GOING TO RE-RACK YOUR WEIGHTS OR ARE YOU NOT DONE SQUATTING YET (after the dude was noodling around for a whole twenty minutes and not doing a whole lot of squatting what the what) and EXCUSE ME ARE YOU STILL USING THE SMITH MACHINE.
